Somehow most of my first post was deleted, my profile info and pic deleted. Not sure why but I hope it doesn't happen again. Fixed it all and hope it stays.

I will write a whole new post on Monday with some of the original but more in depth and hopefully it won't disappear.

Gotta go, I am making a Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake for my Mom's birthday as a surprise :)
